How to get Rellana's Cameo in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
Rellana's Cameo is found in Enis Castle past Enis Castle Site of Grace. Make your way through Enis Castle until you reach the shut gate. From the gate, turn right and drop down the hole. Defeat the enemies or run past them until you reach the open area. After emerging from the cave turn left and jump across the rocks to reach the top of the waterfall. Once you are in the river, continue onward and climb the ladder to your left.
At the top is a storeroom full of enemies: defeat them and exit, turning left. Go up the stairs and defeat the enemies there. When faced with a choice, take the right path, which leads to a rocky path overlooking a chasm where Aristocrat enemies wait for you. Defeat the Aristocrats there and head up the stairs. Turn left at the top of the stairs and be prepared to face Moonrithyll, Carian Knight. Afterward winning the fight, press forward into the shrine and grab Rellana's Cameo from the altar within.
