When do you unlock the Bow in Ember Knights?

Ember Knights starts players off with a sword and does not mention when the Bow will come. The game wants you to first understand the mechanics with this weapon before giving you another. Having a bow changes the gameplay drastically.

How do I unlock the Bow in Ember Knights?

Once you beat the first Area in Ember Knights, you will unlock characters and stations in your main hub. You'll meet someone new or unlock a new feature with every run. The Bow is unlocked after beating the first Area and meeting Evee, and this usually happens after the third run after beating the first Area.

You will find the Bow on the Bow Statue next to the Sword Statue after it unlocks. The weapon resets from time to time, so players must grab the Bow before some runs.

There are many differences between the Bow and swords. You'll fire arrows at what you're looking at, and after two shots, your Ember Knight shoots three arrows in quick succession. As archers, the Ember Knights need to be as far away from their enemies as possible since up-close combat is their Achilles' heel.

To charge your arrow, hold the button to shoot arrows and release it when you're aiming at your target.
