Increasing your vault's population is essential for survival in Fallout Shelter. Luckily, you can have your vault dwellers have babies to make new vault dwellers. Here's how to have a baby in Fallout Shetler.

How to have babies in Fallout Shelter

To have babies in Fallout Shelter, you must place two vault dwellers inside a living quarters. One needs to be a male and the other female. Once placed inside a living quarters room, the dwellers will talk, and eventually, this will lead to the female dweller becoming pregnant. After the female dweller becomes pregnant, you must wait three hours before they can have their baby. After three hours, a pop-up will appear that allows you to name your new vault dweller baby. Naming vault dwellers does not affect the game, so feel free to name them anything.

How to deliver babies in Fallout Shelter

To deliver babies in Fallout Shelter, three hours need to pass in real time. After three hours pass, a pop-up will appear declaring that a new baby is born in your vault. Besides the three hour requirement, you don't need to do anything else to deliver babies in Fallout shelter. You also don't need to be in the game for babies to be delivered in Fallout Shelter, so feel free to leave the game and check back later for your new baby vault dweller.

How to get Legendary babies in Fallout Shelter

To get legendary babies in Fallout Shelter, you must have two dwellers with max stats in a skill like Strength or Intelligence. Breeding two dwellers with max stats will produce legendary offspring with high stats of their parents. If you don't have dwellers with max stats, you can increase their Special stats by using various training rooms.

Using legendary dwellers like Bittercup and Eulogy Jones can also result in legendary babies in Fallout Shelter. You can also get legendary dwellers by opening lunchboxes or completing certain quests in Fallout Shelter. If you have trouble getting legendary dwellers, you can always use a few Fallout Shelter cheats to get lunchboxes for more dwellers.
