Can you play local multiplayer in Chocobo GP Lite?

Chocobo GP Lite allows players to play online on the Chocobo GP, but not online multiplayer. That said, can you play local multiplayer without the full version? Local Multiplayer in Chocobo GP

Local multiplayer in Chocobo GP supports up to 8 players, including the player hosting. In local multiplayer, each match will need one host, and the rest will be able to join them. To create a lobby and be a host, you will need the full version of Chocobo GP. That said, entering another lobby is available in Chocobo GP and Chocobo GP Lite.

This means that if you have a group of friends who want to play Local Multiplayer, only one player needs to own the full version of Chocobo GP. The rest can easily join their lobby and play on the free version. If no one in a group owns the full version, you cannot play local multiplayer.
