How many racers are in a race in Chocobo GP?

Chocobo GP is a sequel to the original Chocobo Racing, which was released on PlayStation in 1999. This new entry will release on March 10, 2022, and features a cast from throughout the Final Fantasy series. With so many characters to choose from, players may be wondering how many racers are in a race.

There are eight racers in a race in Chocobo GP. Players can choose from their favorites, including Vivi, Albert Steiner, Gilgamesh, the titular Chocobo, and many more. It can be difficult choosing who to race as in Chocobo GP, but players will be able to outrace seven other characters while playing.

Having eight racers in a race will lead to some chaotic moments, especially once players start using Magicites. There will be plenty of gaining and losing positions in Chocobo GP, just make sure you cross the finish line before the other racers!
