How to start the MSQ in Final Fantasy XIV 6.3

In Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.3, a series of new Main Story Quests (MSQ) have been added to the game. This sees the continuation of the story post-Endwalker, which has seen the Warrior of Light find an unexpected ally in a half-voidsent woman named Zero. Here’s how to continue the MSQ and its start location.

FFXIV MSQ Patch 6.3 start location

The Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.3 MSQ starts in Radz-at-Han at coordinates X: 4.4, Y: 9.8. Speak to Varshahn, the ruler of Radz-at-Han to continue the story with the story mission Once More unto the Void. As per the quest description “Varshahn’s eyes seem to brighten at your arrival.”

To start the quest, you must ensure you’ve cleared all the patch 6.2 story missions. It’s also advised you have gear off at least item level 590 ahead of this coming patch. This will ensure you can easily clear the new Trial and Dungeon added in the 6.3 update.

What is the Patch 6.3 FFXIV MSQ expected to be about?

Zero, the mysterious woman we met in the void, has returned with us to the Source for a time. Upon recovering from their recent trials, the party prepares to continue the search for Azdaja. However, there seem to be some kind of trials and tribulations in our way that will see the players have to face off against some ancient voidsent enemies and travel to the snowy reaches of Garlemald to reunite with the Twins, Alisaie and Alphinaud, once again.
