Final Fantasy XIV Relic Weapon Quests - Manderville Weapons 6.35 unlock

While all Relic Weapon quests are a bit of an arduous task to unlock, the latest, the Manderville Weapons, will require you to have completed one of Final Fantasy XIV’s oldest quest chains. These are the Hildibrand side quests, the most recent of which were added in Patch 6.35. Before you attempt to start the Relic Weapon quests for Endwalker, ensure you’ve completed both the Make it a Manderville and Generational Bonding quests.

Why unlock the Manderville Weapons?

The Manderville Weapons are a long-term grind. Some see Final Fantasy XIV Relic Weapons as filler content, to tide players over until the next patches. While others see them as a sign of dedication. However, in some circumstances, Relic Weapons also represent the best possible weapon for your class. For example, by the end of Patch 6.55, in the future, the Manderville Relic Weapon will likely be close to the best-in-slot weapon for many characters. Especially if you’re not a Savage raider!
