Keeping your characters alive and healthy in For The King 2 is harder than you think. Healing is primarily done through items, but you can find services and locations to heal you. Reviving is a little easier but typically requires using your life pool.

To heal in For The King 2, you can use a healing item like Godsbeard to restore health, find a random event, or locate healer in town. Other herbs and items can heal your characters, with herbs healing more if you upgrade your Old Pipe. Tinder Pouches are a good way to allow multiple characters to heal, but it requires your turn. The Herbalist also has abilities that let this class heal your party.

Reviving your allies can occur in combat or in the overworld. Pay attention to the hearts at the top of the screen, representing your life pool. Reviving a party member costs one heart, and you cannot revive a character if you run out of hearts.
