Fortnite Flytrap Skin
The Flytrap Skin is a Legendary Fortnite Outfit from the Flytrap set. It was released on June 10th, 2018 and was last available 3 days ago. It can be purchased from the Item Shop for 2,000 V-Bucks when listed. Flytrap was first added to the game in Fortnite Chapter 1 Season 4.
The Flytrap skin was part of Season 4 of Fortnite and the superhero style of theme. Flytrap is a villain and seemingly uses the power of plants to destroy his enemies. He reminds me of Poison Ivy from the Batman comics/movies. Largely a turquoise colored skin, but has elements of red in the face with leafy green colored forearms and boots. It's one of the only Legendary skins that doesn't come with a back bling.
Flytrap got the Flytrapper Back Bling in the 14.00 Patch.

Can I just say that this skin is getting too much hate. It is a unique skin and deserves more respect.
Ok let’s be objective here! The skin is very unique, in all the skin itself: colors, face model, concept, villainous vibes, everything. I still don’t know why people say that he doesn’t deserve the rarity because is far more detailed, creative and unique that the vast majority of Legendary skins (Velocity, Raptor, Dinos, Cuddle Team Leaders, Elsa, Sky Stalker to name a few)
The only downside is that he SHOULD have a backbling.
Evident, aside of his lack of backbling, why you think people hate this outfit?
I think people don’t like the color of it very much. Other than that, I don’t really know.
I honestly don’t want to jump on the bandwagon, but i really hate this skin lol. Just really ugly in my opinion.
I don’t think this skin is too bad. It’s actually pretty creative! And, like other skins that are commonly hated, it may become rare.
I bought it when it came out in January. Together with Leviathan, they were my favorite skins. I started to see on Reddit, YouTube and other Fortnite sites that was the most hated skin of the game, by far the worst. I let those opinions influence me and I decided to use one of the refund tickets. I ended up regretting and learned the lesson of not being influenced by the opinions of others when in reality we should do what we really consider. Now I no longer have VBucks to buy the skin and I still regret having returned it. My only consolation is that Leviathan returned a few days ago and I bought it already with my lesson learned, because they also say that it is one of the worst skins, but in my opinion it is the best in the game.
Hey Evident, I Am curious about your opinion regarding Flytrap. Almost everyone says this is the worst legendary skin. In my opinion is very unique and has a cool villainous style. Did you like it or you think is not worth it?
I agree with you, I think it’s a unique and interesting skin. I’ve never been on the Flytrap hate train, but it seems a lot of people dislike it. I don’t know if it’s worth it, that’s really something you have to decide for yourself.
