Patch Release Date & Time

The Fortnite 12.41 Patch has been officially announced and will be going live on Tuesday, April 21st at 2 AM ET (0600 UTC)! You can expect a couple hours of downtime once it has been added to the game.

New Power Chord Skin Style

Power Chord got a brand new Rogue style in this patch!

Travis Scott's Astronomical Concert

This patch is likely going to be bringing in all of the Travis Scott stuff that will be apart of the Astronomical concert within the game which will also feature a world premiere of a new track. There's going to be cosmetics you can earn by attending the event, completing challenges, as well as purchasing some from the item shop. There will be a Travis Scott outfit added to the game and will likely be in the April 21st shop. Here's a look at some of the cosmetics that will be available:

We know for sure that you'll be able to obtain the Astroworld Cyclone Glider and Loading Screens by attending the Astronomical concert. The spray, banner, and emote will be obtainable by completing the Astronomical Challenges.

Fortnite 12.41 Patch Bug Fixes

Here are the bug fixes for the 12.41 patch. These were taken from the Trello that display all of the stuff that Epic is working on in terms of bugs.

General Issues

• Weapons affected by Midas' Golden touch will appear to be in low resolution while equipped.

Battle Royale Issues

• Players on controller may get stuck spectating with no UI if their "Ready Up" is cancelled.

Creative Issues

• A crash may occur after double-clicking on an item in the Chest tab,

Mobile Issues

• We're investigating an issue that is causing Fortnite to freeze when loading into "My Island" in creative mode.
