This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

Our Fortnite Season 10 (X) B.R.U.T.E. Squad Mission Guide walks you through the list of challenges you'll need to complete to earn the rewards for this mission. There are no longer daily challenges, but now weekly missions you can complete that have challenges that unlock each day.

Recommended Videos

The B.R.U.T.E. Squad Mission is an "Urgent Mission" and needs to be completed within the allotted time-frame of a week. As far as we know, they won't be available again once they are gone. So, make sure to finish these, or you'll miss out on the battle stars, experience, and unique loading screen.

BRUTE Squad Challenges List

A new challenge is being unlocked once a day, but we've got a look at the full list of them due to leaks.

  • Play matches with a friend (3)
  • Eliminations from closer than 5 meters (2)
  • Use the B.R.U.T.E. in different matches (5)
  • Apply shields (500)
  • Deal damage to opponents from below (500)
  • Search Chests at Dusty Depot or Pleasant Park (7)
  • Visit Snobby Shores and Shifty Shafts in the same match (2)

Rewards

Rewards are not specific to any challenge, you are given one each time you complete an additional challenge.

  1. 10x Battle Stars
  2. 500 Season XP
  3. B.R.U.T.E Squad Loading Screen
  4. 10x Battle Stars
  5. 1,000 Season XP
  6. 10x Battle Stars
  7. 2,000 Season XP

There's a hidden location listed on the loading screen you earn, so check out this guide for more information!

BRUTE Squad Challenges Guide

The challenges are fairly easily to complete, and you can always do them in Team Rumble if you feel like they might be difficult. You can also use Party Assist with any of these challenges which should help you complete the difficult ones.

Play matches with a friend (3)

Not a difficult one, but if you don't have any friends that play Fortnite it can be quite annoying! If you need a friend or two, check out Reddit who do a Team Up Friday post that will allow you to find some people to play with. You can also try the official Fortnite Discord which has a lot of active users looking to find people to play with.

I have found that talking to people in-game is one of the best ways to make friends. If you enjoy playing with someone, add them as a friend and hopefully they will accept! You know they like Fortnite already, so put yourself out there a bit and you'll be pleasantly surprised what returns to you.

Eliminations from closer than 5 meters (2)

Time to shotgun people up real close. This should be an easy one, just get into some really close up battles.

Use the B.R.U.T.E. in different matches (5)

The B.R.U.T.E. is the new mech vehicle that you can ride in and attack people with. It has guns, rockets, and you can stomp through builds and harvest materials by breaking down resources and buildings! These can be found pretty easily on the map because they are shown via little icons at the start of the match.

Keep in mind that the spawns are random, you'll have to check the map each round. These do spawn in Team Rumble, so if you are desperate to use one, that might be the easier place to try it out. You only need to enter the vehicle, you don't have to use it anymore than that.

Apply shields (500)

Really easy one, you can find shields pretty reliably within chests.

Deal damage to opponents from below (500)

Time to be a low-ground warrior and deal damage from below. Team Rumble is a great one for this, you get in a lot of fights from a lot of different positions.

Search Chests at Dusty Depot or Pleasant Park (7)

Well, you can check out the old/new Dusty Depot, but Pleasant Park is far more likely to have way more chests. I also like Team Rumble for this type of challenge because all of the chests spawn guaranteed.

Visit Snobby Shores and Shifty Shafts in the same match (2)

These aren't too far apart, so you should be able to get this done pretty easily.
