This is another of the themed, weekly missions that will be appearing during this season. Storm Racers Mission Normal Challenges Guide
Gain health in the Storm (100)
There's a few ways you can complete this challenge. You can find a campfire and sit in the storm and ride out some of the damage, or you can pop yourself a Slurp Juice and gain health while in the storm. You can also just pop a bunch of bandages or use a med-kit. You have a lot of options to try out!
I did this in Team Rumble and just went to an area with a lot of campfires and sat in the storm healing. Snobby Shores, Viking Village, and Lonely Lodge are all good options for this.
Complete a lap of a race track (1)
There are currently three different race tracks that I know exist at the moment. There's one just east of Junk Junction, northeast of Moisty Palms, and one west of Happy Hamlet. You'll need to head to one of these and complete a track. Now, that entails you waiting for the timer at the starting area of the track and riding a vehicle through the gates that exist on the track. If you do all of these and cross the finish line once, you will complete the challenge!
Survive Storm phases (10)
This is a pretty easy one, just play games and survive through some of the storm phases. You could just hide somewhere in a game or play normally to complete this. You do get credit if you're playing Team Rumble.
Visit the center of a storm circle (1)
There's no purple marker for the center of the circle, I was just able to float around where I thought was the center and I got credit. You CAN do this in Team Rumble, where you can just float in the air until the storm area is decided. Once it spawns, then you can glide on over to the center!
Land on Polar Peak, a Volcano and a hill top with a circle of trees (1)
Both Polar Peak and the volcano are pretty obvious, but the circle of trees might be a bit confusing for some. You can find this area south of Pleasant Park and circle on the map below.
Complete a time trial East of Pleasant Park or South West of Salty Springs (1)
You have two options, one of them is over near Pleasant Park and the other is near Salty Springs. You apparently don't need the Driftboard to complete this, and it seems relatively easy to complete.
Pleasant Park Location
Salty Springs Location
Dance at different telescopes (3)
There's currently three telescopes that we know the locations of at the moment. One is west of Dusty Depot, one is east of Shifty Shafts, and the last one is southwest of Moisty Palms. They are all on a large hill, and you need to go to them and use one of your dance emotes to complete the challenge!
Storm Racers Mission Prestige Challenges Guide
Damage an opponent in the Storm (1)
This is pretty easy, you only need to damage one enemy in the storm. You might want to try to do this in Team Rumble if you're struggling, you could probably land on the opponent's side of the map and wait for the storm to overcome them and then deal some damage.
Damage gliding opponents (100)
This is SUPER easy in Team Rumble, everyone respawns with a glider so you can just take shots at any enemy who flies by you.
Deal damage to opponents after the first circle closes (500)
This is another easy one for Team Rumble. Not much to do differently really, just play the game out and you should deal damage to players after the first circle closes.
Visit the center of storm circles in a single match (3)
Well, this might be pretty difficult. I'm not sure if you can do this in Team Rumble, because I think there's only two circles (I could be wrong). So, you'll likely have to go into a real game to get this done and hopefully avoid getting slain! There's no real trick to this, you just need to kind of get lucky and hope no one is monitoring or in the center of the circles.
Deal any amount of fall damage to an opponent (1)
This one shouldn't be too hard, and you could probably do it in Team Rumble but every player starts with a glider redeployment so it might be difficult. All you really need to do is knock someone's build down and hope they take some fall damage!
Complete a time trial North of Lucky Landing or East of Snobby Shores (1)
These are different trials than the ones you had a chance to complete for the regular challenges. These are a bit more difficult, but if you trigger them and pre-build a structure to hit all the required stopwatches they shouldn't be too hard. You don't need a Driftboard to complete these, so ignore the location markers on the maps below.
Lucky Landing Location
Snobby Shores Location
Dance at different telescopes in a single match (2)
You have to do two of these in a single match. I would do the ones near the center of the map because they are far closer together. You could pretty easily get this done in Team Rumble and not have to worry too much about getting sniped.
