Chicken and bouncing is a very deadly combination in Fortnite. In order to bounce on a tire, umbrella or Web Bouncers with a chicken, you need to find a chicken first. These flightless birds can be found all over the island. However, you will have a higher chance of finding chickens towards the center of the map. Here's a map showing you all the chicken locations in Fortnite.

Once you've found yourself a chicken, you need to grab it and make your way to either the closest gas station or the closest beach. The map below shows you the locations of all the gas stations in Fortnite. Almost every major location in Fortnite will have a gas station. The map also shows tentative umbrella locations. Umbrellas can usually be found at beaches, so make your way to the little beach to the West of the Sanctuary, or to the North of Sleepy Sound.
The map also shows where you can find stacks of off-road tires. These tires can also be found at gas stations. You can pick these tires up and throw them on the ground to make a stack of tires. Once you've done that, all you need to do is hold on to your chicken and then jump on these.
Make sure you stick the landing on the tire stack again, so that you can trigger another bounce immediately. Do this three times and you will end up completing the challenge. That said, if you want to have some more fun, you can find your way to one of the many Spiderman Web Launchers on the map and bounce thrice. You can find a good amount of Web Launchers near The Daily Bugle.
However, The Daily Bugle tends to be a hot drop, so watch out for enemy loopers trying to complete the same challenge.
