How to enter a tournament in Fortnite

Fortnite has plenty of different modes on offer that it's very easy to get lost in the main menu. What you're going to be looking for is the in-game Compete tab that'll show you the times and dates each upcoming tournament takes place. You can do this for any platform that Fortnite is on.

To join them, the only thing you'll have to do is see if you can work one into your schedule. Sometimes the tournaments do require you to have a certain in-game rank, but that's not the case for every one of them. Just check the requirements before entering and see what it requires. Cups that revolve around the debut of a new skin typically allow anybody to hop in, but Cash Cups are usually locked behind a rank wall.

What are the tournament rewards in Fortnite?

With so many tournaments available in Fortnite, it's helpful to know what you'll get for playing in one. When it comes to the skin cups like The Kid Laroi, the main prize is getting the skin for free. For Cash Cups, the reward is, as expected, cash.

You'll obviously have to make sure your skills are up to the task to come away with prizes. Sometimes you'll get an emote for reaching a certain points threshold (something that is usually done by simply playing in the 10 games allotted for each tournament).
