With the holidays right around the corner, there’s no other perfect gift for your favorite Fortnite player than a Fortnite V-Bucks card. Or maybe you just want to treat yourself! Either way, a Fortnite V-Bucks card is a fantastic purchase that will allow you to customize your avatar with cool cosmetics. This guide will show you how to redeem Fortnite V-Bucks cards.

What is a V-Bucks card, exactly? It is in-game currency used in the Fortnite Item Shop to purchase cosmetics like outfits, wraps, emotes, and weapon skins. V-Bucks can also be used to purchase the seasonal Battle Pass.

Where to buy Fortnite V-Bucks Cards

Fortnite V-Bucks cards are available from major retailers (Amazon, Target, Best Buy, Walmart) within the USA and Canada.

How to Redeem Fortnite V-Bucks Cards

The redemption process is straightforward. On a PC or mobile device, head over here to the official Epic Games V-Bucks card redemption website. Click on “Get Started,” which will prompt you to log in with your Epic Games Account, if you are not logged in already. Once logged in, enter the PIN number that was provided on the back of your V-Bucks card. Then choose the platform you play Fortnite on. Once chosen, review the details, ensuring that the correct email account and platform have been entered. Then click Confirm and your V-Bucks will be ready to spend on the newest outfits and skins.

Note: Once redeemed, V-Bucks cards cannot be transferred between accounts. In some rare cases, you can contact Epic Games customer support, but it’s always safe to double-check that you are redeeming your V-Bucks cards to the correct account before confirming the redemption.
