The only way to get the Thanos skin is to wait for it to hit the Item Shop on June 26, 2021 at 8 pm ET to purchase it.

There is no solid information for how long Thanos will be in the item shop, but if it's like other crossover skins, he could be purchasable for only 1 day, or for as long as two weeks. Most skins of characters from the Marvel Universe have cost between 1,500 - 2,000 V-bucks, and we can expect Thanos to follow the same trend.
