New PlayStation Only Fortnite Generations Cup!

For all you PlayStation gamers out there, whether you're playing on PlayStation 4 or the PlayStation 5, it doesn't matter as you can all join the Fortnite Generations Cup on December 18. In this tournament, as we already said, you will only play against other PlayStations users, and of course, there are some fantastic prizes up for grabs.

To participate, all players must have 2-Factor Authentication enabled on their Epic account and be at the account level of 30.

There is one PlayStation 5 available to win in each region, and for a certain number of people in each region, you'll be rewarded with “Indigo Kuno” In-game Cosmetic Outfit and Back Bling.

As this is PlayStation only, we are unsure if you'll be able to get the "Indigo Kuno" outfit on any other platforms. It's still unconfirmed.

If you want the PlayStation 5 and even snag the "Indigo Kuno," then you truly need to bring your A-game. However, everyone of all skills levels can join and have a good time! The Generations Cup is solo only, so you're on your own the entire time.

Here are the tournament times in each region on December 18th:

  • OCE: 2:00 AM - 5:00 AM
  • ASIA: 4:00 AM - 7:00 AM
  • ME: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • EU: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • BR: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • NAE: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • NAW: 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Every player will go onto a Leaderboard, and you need the highest amount of points possible to win. The score is based on what place you get in the Battle Royale and how many eliminations you made in that game. The scoring system is as follows.

  • Victory Royale: 10 Points
  • 2nd - 5th: 7 Points
  • 6th - 15th: 5 Points
  • 16th - 25th: 3 Points
  • 25th - 50th: 1 Point
  • Each Elimination: 1 Point

About the Author

Hey, my name is Mark, and I'm a video game enthusiast! My earliest memory was playing Worms on the Amiga against my Godmother, yes the Amiga, massive box type thing, needed eighty-five thousand floppy disks to play one game, maybe a slight exaggeration. Ah, those were the days! I love RPG’s, and The Legend of Zelda series. Dogs are pretty awesome.

  1. Should probably add that the times you listed are based on Eastern Standard Time. So if you’re playing NAE in the central time zone (like I am) it’s actually 5-8pm

  2. Hello, by any chance do you know if there is an xbox tournament coming up soon? Also, what happened to author Evident?

    1. Sadly, we have no idea, but as soon as we hear any information, we’ll tell you all! And Evident has left the site, I’m afraid. I can’t go into many details.

  3. On the placing for this tournament it shows 2 na-east instead of 1 na-west and 1 na-east

    1. Ah, cheers! Updated!
