One of the Winterfest 2022 quests requires players to eliminate opponents with a Snowball Launcher. You will be rewarded with 16,000 XP for completing the quest.

You can also purchase the legendary variant of the Snowball Launcher from Scrapyard Jules NPC located at the Faulty Splits POI. Interact with the NPC to get a free healing item; you will need 800 gold bars to purchase this weapon. This is the quickest method to get the Snowball Launcher in the game. Be careful while landing at Faulty Springs, as several other opponents tend to contest this POI.
