All houses in Forza Horizon 5 – locations and prices

You gotta have somewhere to rest your head after a long day racing!

We know that Forza Horizon is all about the cars, don't get us wrong! However, the addition of houses in Forza Horizon 4 has continued into the newest installment and allows you to start from your house when you launch the game as well as get certain perks. So, let's get those casas!

Recommended Videos

We will include the prices for all of the houses as well as where to find them. Some are quite affordable, and some are pretty pricey, so you might need to get a few lucky Wheelspins first!

Casa Bella

This is your first house in the game, and it is complimentary! It gets you set up with skill songs on the radio, just above La Selva (The Jungle). It will be hard to miss as the game makes a point of establishing it as your first home base at the festival.

Location: Mulegè

Cost: Free

Active Perk: Skill Song Activation

La Cabaña

This will likely be the second home you get in your playthrough, although it depends on which festival sites you decide to establish first. It is on the West Coast of the map near the Horizon Baja Outpost.

Location: Bahía De Plano (Dunas Blancas)

Cost: 150,000 CR

Active Perk: N/A

Lugar Tranquilo

This means A Quiet Place (but not like the film!) It is on the East Coast of the map and is more expensive than La Cabaña, but nowhere near as costly as the others on this list! It has an awesome mural on the property and is in a nice little town area.

Location: Playa Azul

Cost: 700,000 CR

Active Perk: Horizon Promo (Car Photography)

Buena Esperanza

This beautiful Hispanic villa is towards the South of the map and is also quite affordable. It is close to the Horizon Wilds Outpost, so if you choose to establish that first, it may be one of your first houses if money isn't a concern.

Location: Near Ek' Balam

Cost: 700,000 CR

Active Perk: N/A

La Casa Solariega

This is where the houses start to get a little more expensive. This more stately home is smack bang in the middle of a lovely scenic area and is not too far away from the Horizon Wilds Outpost. It's a little bit more of a drive to the other outposts, though.

Location: Teotihuacan

Cost: 1,500,000 CR

Active Perk: Forzathon Points Boost

Buenas Vistas

This fantastic mansion is also on the West Coast but is below the Dunas Blancas. To unlock it, you need to have completed the first Street Scene objective Guanajuato Expedition. You will most likely want to buy this one for the perk that it unlocks!

Location: Near De Otro Mundo

Cost: 2,000,000 CR

Active Perk: Fast Travel to Any Road

Hotel Castillo

If you played Forza Horizon 4, then you will be familiar with the option to buy Bamburgh Castle. Well, this is the Mexican equivalent! This castle is by far the most expensive property you can buy in the game, but it also comes with a nice perk that is super handy!

Location: Near Guanajuato

Cost: 5,000,000 CR

Active Perk: Daily Wheelspins

It may take some time to buy all of the properties, but you'll definitely have fun getting there! Looking for more content? Check out all the achievements for Forza Horizon 5.
