To obtain Chaos Storages you'll need to find and destroy Ruin Drakes. The higher the level of the Ruin Drakes you destroy, the more items they will drop.

You can also trade in Stardust for Chaos Storages. It costs five Stardust for one Chaos Storage on the Stardust exchange.

Ruin Drakes can be found around Sumeru. Refer to the images below for exact locations:

Comes from a now-inactive ancient Ruin Drake. Ruin Drakes can absorb Elemental Energy from the outside and store it in this component inside their “neck.”
