To obtain Dark Statuettes you'll need to find and destroy Black Serpents or Abyss Mages. Though Black Serpents are also rare, they tend to be easier to find and farm materials from. The higher the level of the enemies you destroy, the more items they will drop.
You can also trade in Stardust for Dark Statuettes. It costs 15 Stardust for one Dark Statuette on the Stardust exchange.
