To obtain Deathly Statuettes you'll need to find and destroy Black Serpents and Abyss Mages. Though Black Serpents are also rare, they tend to be easier to find and farm materials from. The higher the level of the enemies you destroy, the more items they will drop.
You can also trade in Starglitter for Deathly Statuettes. It costs two Starglitter for one Deathly Statuette on the Starglitter exchange.
Black Serpents can be found inside The Chasm. Refer to the image below for exact locations:
