To obtain Fontemer Unihorns, you must find and defeat the Millennial Pearl Seahorse at any World Level. The higher your World Level, the higher your chances of receiving multiple components at once. It costs 40 Resin to receive components each time you defeat this boss.

There is no quest requirement to enter the Millennial Pearl Seahorse's lair. It's located in an underground area within the Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering Region, but you need to swim underwater to get there. Refer to the image below for its location:

The electricity-emitting section of the Millennial Pearl Seahorse, and its regalia, the symbol of its surpassing might — now snapped off amidst a clash against a mighty challenger.
