To obtain Fragment of a Golden Melody, you must find and defeat the Legator Golem at any World Level. The higher your World Level, the higher your chances of receiving multiple components at once. It costs 40 Resin to receive components from the Ley Line Blossom each time you defeat this boss.

You must initiate the Petrichor World Quest series and complete the Canticles of Harmony - The Shadow Over Petrichor to unlock and access the Faded Castle, where you'll find the Legator Golem. Refer to the image below for its location:
