Transcendence: Baleful Light

The Raiden Shogun unveils a shard of her Euthymia, dealing Electro Damage to nearby opponents, and granting party members the Eye Stormy Judgment.

Eye of Stormy Judgment

When characters with this buff hit opponents, the Eye will unleash a coordinated attack, dealing Area of Effect Electro Damage at the opponent’s position. The Eye can initiate one coordinated attack every 0.9 seconds per party.

Elemental Burst

Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu

Gathering truths unnumbered and wishes uncounted, the Raiden Shogun unleashes the Musou no Hitotachi and deals Area of Effect Electro Damage, using Musoi Isshin in combat for a certain duration afterward. The Damage dealt by Musoi no Hitotachi and Musou Isshin attracts is based on the number of Shogan Byakugen no Rin’s Resolve stacks consumed when this skill is used.

Musou Isshin

While in this state, the Raiden Shogun will wield her Tachi in battle, while her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be infused with Electro Damage (This Element cannot be overridden.) When such attacks hit opponents, Raiden Shogun will generate Energy once every one second, and this effect can be triggered five times through this skills duration.

While in this state, the Raiden Shogun’s Resistance to Interruption is increased, and she is immune to Electro-Charged reaction Damage.

Shogan Byakugen no Rin

When nearby party members use their Elemental Bursts, the Raiden Shogun will build up Resolve based on the amount of Energy they consume. The maximum amount of Resolve that can be stacked is 60.

• Mora expended when ascending Swords and Polearms is creased by 50 percent.

Wishes Unnumbered | Unlocked at Ascension 1

• When nearly party members gain Elemental Orbs or Particles, Shogan Byakugen no Rin gains two Resolve Stacks.
• This effect can only be triggered once every three seconds.

Enlightened One | Unlocked at Ascension 4

• Each one percent above 100 percent Energy Recharge that the Raiden Shogun possesses grants her the following:
• 0.6 percent Energy Restoration from Musoi Isshin
• 0.4 percent Electro Damage Bonus.

Ominous Inscription | Constellation Lv. 1

• Shogan Byakugen no Rin will gather Resolve faster. When Electro character uses their Elemental Bursts, the Resolve gained is increased by 80 percent. When characters of other Elements use their Elemental Bursts, the Resolve gained is increased by 20 percent.

Pledge of Propriety | Constellation Lv. 2

• When Musou Isshin state applied by Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsi expires, all nearby party members (excluding Raiden Shogun) gain a 30 percent Attack Bonus for 10 seconds.

Shinkage Bygones | Constellation Lv. 3

• Increases the Level of Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

Steelbreaker | Constellation Lv. 4

• While in the Musou Isshin state applied by Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu, the Raiden Shogun’s attacks ignore 60 percent of the opponent’s Defense.

Shogun’s Descent | Constellation Lv. 5

• Increases the Level of Transcendence: Baleful Light by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

Wishbearer | Constellation Lv. 6

• While in the Musou Isshin state applied by Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu, the Raiden Shogun’s Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will decrease all nearby party members (excluding Raiden Shogun) Elemental Burst Cooldown by 1 second when they hit opponents.
• The effect can only be triggered once every second, and be triggered a total of five times during the duration of this state.
