To find Qingxin, you must explore the region of Liyue, as this is a Liyue Local Specialty.

Qingxin can be located all over the region, though it appears in numerous amounts in Wuwang Hill and around Qingyun Peak, mainly in Jueyun Karst and Huaguang Stone Forest. You can find a few in Mingyun Village and the areas west of Liyue Harbor, but not many.

The Qingxin can also be purchased at Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue Harbor by speaking to the NPC Herbalist Gui. This shop has 10 in stock selling for 600 Mora apiece, and its shop's stocks refresh every three days. Bubu Pharmacy's location can be seen below.

Local Specialties respawn every two days after looting them; however, this is based on the time you harvested them, not the server reset time.
