To find Starconch, you must explore the region of Liyue, as this is a Liyue Local Specialty.

Starconch can be located on beaches and coastlines of nearby Liyue islands. This makes the Yaoguang Shoals, Guyun Stone Forest, and the east coast of the Guili Plains the best place to collect this material.

Local Specialties respawn every two days after looting them; however, this is based on the time you harvested them, not the server reset time.
