To obtain Luminescent Pollen, you need to find and destroy Level 40+ Fungal Enemies. Drop rates for Luminescent Pollen are lower when Fungal Enemies are put into an activated state via the Pyro or Electro element in battle. In the activated state, Fungal Enemies will drop Fungal Nucleuses, instead.
The higher the level of the Fungal Enemies you destroy, the more items they will drop.
You can also trade in Stardust for Luminescent Pollen. It costs five Stardust for one Luminescent Pollen on the Stardust exchange. We don't really recommend purchasing this, though, as they can be obtained easily via gameplay.
Fungal Enemies can be found all over Sumeru, primarily in the Apam Woods and Vanarana. You can refer to the maps below for locations:
A small parcel of luminescent Fungal Spore powder, a common medical ingredient in the land of rainforests. Merchants usually sell them in paper packets.
