Nilotpala Lotuses are found exclusively in the Jungle region in Sumeru. Specifically, they can be found in high concentrations in the northern portion.

Local specialties take 48 hours to respawn once gathered. This is based on the time of gathering and not on server reset time.

Growing in the forest wetlands, these plants only bloom at night with flowers as bright as the moon. The many flowers would turn and serve a new master, but the Nilotpala Lotuses would bathe in the cool moonlight and continue to remember the glad songs of that afore-time.
