Genshin Impact : Noelle

Like most of Mondstadt's young people, Noelle always dreamed of being a knight of Favonius when she grew up. She may not have what it takes to be a knight just yet, but she is learning. Working as a maid at the Knights' headquarters, she constantly takes notes on what constitutes knightly speech, knightly conduct, and knightly customs. She holds firm to her belief that she will join their ranks one day - she just needs to keep trying her hardest at everything she does.

Noelle has much greater dreams and ambitions than other maids in the Knights of Favonius. Like anyone else in this city protected by the Knights of Favonius, she too dreams of donning the honored armor.

Favonius Bladework—Maid

Favonius Bladework (Normal Attack)
Perform up to four consecutive slashes.

Favonius Bladework (Charged Attack)
Drains Stamina over time to perform a continuous swirling attack on all nearby opponents. At the end of the sequence, performs an additional powerful slash.

Favonius Bladework (Plunging Attack)
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing Area of Effect Damage upon impact.

Elemental Skill

Breastplate

Summons protective stone armor, dealing Geo Damage to surrounding opponents and creating a shield. The shield’s Damage Absorption scales based on Noelle’s Defense.

The shield has the following properties:

When Noelle’s Normal and Charged Attacks hit a target, they have a certain chance to regenerate Health for all characters.
Possesses 150 percent Damage Absorption efficiency against all Elemental and Physical Damage.

The amount of Health healed when regeneration is triggered scales based on Noelle’s Defense.

Elemental Burst

Sweeping Time

Gathering the strength of Geo around her weapon, Noelle strikes the opponents surrounding her within a large Area of Effect, dealing Geo Damage.

Afterwards, Noelle gains the following effects:

Larger attack Area of Effect
Converts attack Damage to Geo Damage that cannot be overridden by any other elemental infusion.
Increased Attack that scales based on her Defense.

Passive Talents:

Maid’s Knighthood | Unlocked Automatically

When Perfect Cooking is achieved on a Defense-boosting dish, Noelle has a 12 percent chance to obtain double the product.

Devotion | Unlocked at Ascension 1

When Noelle is in the party but not on the field, this ability triggers automatically when your active character’s Health falls below 30 percent:

Creates a shield for your active character that lasts for 20 seconds and absorbs Damage equal to 400 percent of Noelle’s Defense. The shield has a 150 percent Damage Absorption effectiveness against all Elemental and Physical Damage. This effect can only occur once every 60 seconds.

Nice and Clean | Unlocked at Ascension 4

Every four Normal or Charged Attack hits will decrease the Cooldown of Breastplate by 1 second.
Hitting multiple opponents with a single attack is only counted as a single hit.

Constellations:

Each Constellation activation requires a Stella Fortuna.

I Got Your Back | Constellation Lv. 1

While Sweeping Time and Breastplate are both in effect, attacks hits have a 100 percent chance to trigger Breastplate’s healing effects.

Combat Maid | Constellation Lv. 2

Decreases Noelle’s Stamina Consumption of Charged Attacks by 20 percent and increases Charged Attack Damage by 15 percent.

Invulnerable Maid | Constellation Lv. 3

Increases the level of Breastplate by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

To Be Cleaned | Constellation Lv. 4

When Breastplate ends or shatters, it deals 400 percent of Attack as Geo Damage to surrounding opponents.

Favonius Sweeper Master | Constellation Lv. 5

Increases the level of Sweeping Time by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

Must Be Spotless | Constellation Lv. 6

Sweeping Time increases Attack by an additional 50 percent of Noelle’s Defense. For the skill’s duration, adds one second duration time per opponent defeated, up to 10 seconds.
