To obtain Teachings of Admonition, you need to challenge the Domain of Mastery: Full Moon on any level at the Steeple of Ignorance Domain in Sumeru. To challenge Domain of Mastery: Full Moon I, you'll need to be at least Adventure Rank 27. It is only available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Challenging this Domain at higher levels will reward you with more material drops. To claim the rewards, you'll need to spend 20 Resin or use a Condensed Resin to receive double.
