To obtain Teachings of Order, you need to challenge the Domain of Mastery: Chiming Recitation on any level at the Pale Forgotten Glory Domain in Fontaine's underwater region.

To challenge Domain of Mastery: Chiming Recitation I, you'll need to be at least Adventure Rank 27. It is only available on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Challenging this Domain at higher levels will reward you with more material drops. To claim the rewards, you'll need to spend 20 Resin or use a Condensed Resin to receive double the rewards. You do not have to claim the rewards if you choose not to do so.
