All Liyue character locations during Lantern Rite in Genshin Impact — Fleeting Colors in Flight Event

The Fleeting Colors in Flight event is this year's Lantern Rite, and it runs until Feb. 12, 2022. During this time, players can meet Liyue's cast of characters around the region—complete with voiced dialogues.

Make sure to visit your favorite characters in the overworld for some snippets of character lore, such as the nature of Yanfei's Adepti father, Beidou and Ningguang's Lantern Rite plans, Yun Jin's relationship with Granny Ruoxin, and more. They'll only stick around while the event is running!

Liyue Harbor

Beidou and Xinyan

Beidou and Xinyan can be found together on the bridge near the Wondrous Shadows mechanism.

Hu Tao

Hu Tao can be found in front of the bulletin board beside the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor near the Yujing Terrace.

Shenhe

Shenhe can be found at the wharf in the middle of Liyue Harbor.

Xiangling

Xiangling can be found inside the Wanmin Restaurant. The restaurant is busy with the festivities, but she's happy to make time for you!

Yanfei

Yanfei can be found looking out the balcony in the Yujing Terrace, where the Rite of Descension was held in the Liyue Archon Quest.

Zhongli

Zhongli can be found sitting in front of the Storyteller at the Third-Round Knockout. Speak with him to get the hint that he intends to go around Liyue throughout the Lantern Rite.

• Day Two: The next real-time day, you'll find Zhongli by the Blacksmith in Liyue Harbor. Speak with him to initiate the next day's events.
• Day Three: One real-time day later, you'll find Zhongli at the Wanwen Bookhouse. Speak with him to initiate the next day's events.
• Day Four: One real-time day after meeting Zhongli at the Wanwen Bookhouse, you'll find him at the Wangshu Inn. Speak with him to initiate the next day's events.
• Day Five: One real-time day later, Zhongli will move to Qingyun Peak. Again, speak with him to trigger the next day's events.
• Day Six: The next real-time day, Zhongli will be at Qingce Village. Speak with him to prompt the next day's events.
• Day Seven: The next real-time day, Zhongli will be in Liyue Harbor. Climb the stairs above the Liuli Pavilion and you'll find him watching the Lantern Rite's festivities. This is the final day—he won't be changing locations on the next!

Jade Chamber

Keqing

Teleport to the Jade Chamber, and you'll immediately spot Keqing watching Liyue from the edge of the flying abode.

Ningguang

Ningguang can be found inside her office in the Jade Chamber. Head inside the building and jump down to the lowest floor to get there.

Qingce Village

Baizhu and Qiqi

Baizhu and Qiqi can be found in front of the house northeast of Qingce Village.

Chongyun and Xingqiu

Chongyun and Xingqiu are enjoying a cup of tea in the south of Qingce Village.

Yun Jin

Yun Jin can be found inside Granny Ruoxin's home, which is right beside the Teleport Waypoint located in Qingce Village's residential area.

Other Locations

Ganyu (Mt. Aocang)

Ganyu is located beside the Teleport Waypoint in Mt. Aocang. You'll find her looking at the view from the cliff after teleporting to the area. She's currently the only character situated here.

Xiao (Pervases' Temple)

Xiao is located in front of the Teleport Waypoint that leads to Pervases' Temple. You'll find him on the cliff behind the temple, not in front or inside of it.
