They look like blue Valberries.

Quenepa Berries can only be found around Coatepec Mountain and mostly grow above ground. Reference the image above to find all the Quenepa Berry shrubs.

You can also find three Quenepa Berry shrubs underground. This area can only be unlocked after initiating the World Quest called Ripe in Trouble.

While there aren't a lot of Quenepa Berries in the wild, each location consists of a shrub with three fruits, so you can farm over 100 in your World. If these are still not enough for you, I suggest entering a friend's World through Co-op mode and then asking for their permission to farm.

Other ways to get more Quenepa Berry in Genshin Impact

If you find yourself lacking a few extra Quenepa Berries, here are some quick ways to get a resupply.

Purchase from Cintli

Head to the underground Teleport Waypoint in the Stadium of the Sacred Flame to find Cintli directly in front of it. Speak to him to purchase five Quenepa Berries per day for 1,000 Mora each. He also sells a variety of other items, including Embercore Flowers and Saurian Claw Succulents.

Chanil

Head to the "Children of Echoes" to find Chanil running around the area circled above. Speak with her and select the dialogue option "Would you like to raise one?" and complete the conversation to receive x4 Quenepa Berry. It's a one-time reward, so initiating the same conversation will not grant you any more berries.

Exquisite Chest in Teticpac Peak

Head to the Teleport Waypoint east of Teticpac Peak (circled above) and glide down the cliff to find a locked Exquisite Chest surrounded by enemies. Defeat the Hilichurls to unlock the Chest, which you can loot to get x9 Quenepa Berry.

How to use Quenepa Berry in Genshin Impact

Quenepa Berries are Ascension materials that can only be used for some characters based in Natlan. It can be used to ascend Kachina, who you can get for free from the Natlan Archon Quest. Genshin Impact may release other characters that use this material in the future, so I recommend looting the berries whenever you find them in the wild.
