Genshin Impact – All Windblume Character Locations (Act III)

Monstadt's infamous Windblume Festival runs from March 3, 2023, to March 27, 2023, and is one of Genshin Impact's biggest yearly events, bringing new friends and familiar faces into the nation of freedom. You can enjoy the event story by playing through the Windblume Encounters. After each Act, characters will spread across Monstadt and Sumeru, and you can interact with them to listen to exclusive dialogue.

Below are all the characters you can find after completing Joy Above the Clouds (also called Fortune Hiding Upon Clouds). If you find anyone that we missed, let us know in the comments below!

Where to find all character NPCs during the Windblume event in Genshin Impact

Above is an overview where you can find all the characters and NPCs you can interact with after completing all Windblume Encounters. See below for a detailed breakdown of where to find them.

Timaeus and Ying'er

These two lovebirds can be found by the Monstadt crafting bench. Do interrupt them and listen in on their dialogue for a taste of a ship that has sailed.

Venti

You'll find Venti enjoying a big barrel of beer on his usual seat behind Angel's Share. His exact location is circled above.

Cyno

You can find Cyno on an outdoor seat in The Cat's Tail, between Katheryne at the Adventurer's Guild and The Good Hunter.

Albedo

Albedo is sitting on the second floor of The Good Hunter. He's a little hard to spot, so reference the image above to find him. You can climb the building to get to his spot.

Amber, Eula, Collei, Sucrose

You can find this group of friends in front of the Sumeru characters' accommodation near the cathedral. Their exact location is circled above.

Mona and Klee

You can find Mona and Klee staring at fish in Starfell Lake. They have some interesting dialogue about her Hexenzirkel, so be sure to listen in on them.

Mika and Tighnari

You'll find Mika and Tighnari at the edge of the cliff overlooking Wolvendom. Be careful as Pyro Slimes will appear as you approach the pair.

Dehya

Dehya is still standing on her post on the road going up the Sanctuary of Surasthana. She's been in the same position since Act I and has no new dialogue.

Candace and Setaria

Candace and Setaria are also still in the same positions they were in since Act I. You find them chatting in Aaru Village.
