Genshin Impact Joy Above the Clouds Event Quest guide – Windblume’s Breath

Monstadt's infamous Windblume Festival runs from March 3, 2023, to March 27, 2023, and is one of Genshin Impact's biggest yearly events, bringing new friends and familiar faces into the nation of freedom.

After completing A Riddle Amidst the Crowds, you'll unlock the final Windblume Encounter called Fortune Hiding Upon Clouds. Starting it will begin the Joy Above the Clouds quest. Don't be confused between the two—they're exactly the same.

How to complete Fortune Hiding Upon Clouds in Genshin Impact – Windblume’s Breath

Upon starting the quest, head to the Monstadt crafting table and speak with Sucrose and Collei. They'll inform you that the mail has started trickling in, so interact with the Clue Board to read all of the letters. You need to select all options and read all the letters under each option:

• Read Letters About "A Flower That Is Not of This World"
• Read Letters About "A Guide Who Will Never Get Lost"
• Read Letters About "One Who Would Never Lie"
• Read Letters About "A Legend That Never Ends"

Once you've read all the letters under each dialogue option, select Stop reading to proceed with the quest. Talk to Sucrose to gather up all the people involved in the mission to uncover the prophecy.

Follow the quest navigator toward the cliff overlooking Falcon Coast, pictured above. Approach the glowing spot to trigger a small cutscene and dialogue among the group. Once the dialogue ends, wind currents will appear in the area.

Simply ride the wind currents and let them propel you toward the floating island east of the cliff. There, you'll find a long table with a lantern at the center. At this point, you can sit back and enjoy the dialogue, as well as a cutscene introducing the elusive Hexenzirkel.

Once it's over, return to Monstadt and approach the glowing spot in front of the crafting table to end this year's romantic Windblume story.
