Furina is a five-star Hydro sword user who loves drama and the opera as much as she loves sweets. While Genshin Impact's Hydro Archon is seemingly dependent on Neuvillette, she's an incredibly capable person who has kept Fontaine afloat for 500 years.
It's no secret that Furina absolutely loves her sweets. As such, her Special Dish is called the "Pour La Justice," an elaborate variation of the equally delectable La Lettre a Focalors. Here's everything you need to prepare to cook it.
How to get Furina's Special Dish Recipe in Genshin Impact
Furina's Special Dish is based on the Recipe for La Lettre a Focalors, which you can purchase from Arouet at Café Lutece in the Court of Fontaine. The Recipe costs 5,000 Mora and is a one-time purchase that will allow you to cook the dish and its variations an unlimited number of times. .
How to cook “Pour La Justice" in Genshin Impact
You can cook “Pour La Justice" on any stove using Furina. It's unfortunately impossible to cook the Special Dish if you haven't obtained her. Interact with any bonfire or stove to open the cooking menu and select La Lettre a Focalors, which can be made with the following ingredients:
- x4 Bird Egg
- x3 Flour
- x3 Coffee Beans
- x2 Almond

Bird Eggs can be obtained from expeditions, while the rest can be purchased from general supply stores all over Teyvat. If Furina cooks La Lettre a Focalors, there's a chance for her to make “Pour La Justice" instead. The exact rate for cooking Special Dishes is unknown, but it works on both Manual and Auto Cook modes.
Genshin Impact La Lettre a Focalors & “Pour La Justice" recovery effects
These dishes increase the party's max HP, which is extremely helpful for HP-dependent units, many of whom are from Fontaine. The ingredients are easy to farm, so I recommend making a few of these cakes in case you need an extra dose of HP.
- La Lettre a Focalors - Increases all party members' Max HP by 20/22/25% for 300 seconds. In Co-Op Mode, this effect only applies to your own character(s).
- “Pour La Justice" - Increases all party members' Max HP by 30% for 300 seconds. In Co-Op Mode, this effect only applies to your own character(s).
