The Kamisato siblings, older brother Ayato and younger sister Ayaka, were recently featured in back-to-back banners in Genshin Impact's Version 2.6 update. HoYoverse further placed the spotlight upon the two after recently sharing a trailer for Kamisato Ayaka's rerun banner, titled "Tsubaki in Thawing Snow." It highlighted the first time Ayaka won a duel against her brother.
The beautiful animation short naturally attracted the Genshin Impact community's greatest minds, prompting a flurry of memes to pop up. One of the most iconic contributions includes an animation shared by u/RalvinTY on r/Genshin_Impact, titled "why ayaka can't beat ayato before."
The video showcases Ayaka thrusting her sword in true Kamisato Art fashion. Meanwhile, Ayato remains still, seemingly unfazed by his sister's attacks. However, in the background, Sayu's Muji-Muji Daruma can be seen healing Ayato to full health every time he takes damage from Ayaka.
Sayu is known to be a member of the Shuumatsuban, an organization of ninjas that falls under the Yashiro Commission. They specialize in covert missions, from sneaking around to gathering information and even professionally purchasing the Statue of Her Excellency, the Almighty Narukami Ogosho, God of Thunder.
As the Yashiro Commissioner, Ayato has command over the ninjas, often ordering them to do his bidding. So Sayu's predicament in the fan animation is a completely plausible situation—though Ayato probably won those duels on his own.
