Impromptu Poem of the Crimson Dawn is a Genshin Impact World Quest where you must help thieves rob other thieves. It belongs to the Fontaine Reputation Board, so you can obtain Reputation EXP in addition to the quest completion rewards.

How to unlock Impact Impromptu Poem of the Crimson Dawn World Quest in Genshin Impact
The Impact Impromptu Poem of the Crimson Dawn World Quest can be accepted in Fontaine's Erinnyes Forest region. There are no prerequisites associated with it, so simply head to the area circled in the image above to find a dilapidated house and an NPC named Seemingly Craven Redhead locked inside a cage. Speak with him to accept the World Quest.

Should you help the redhead or watch events unfold in Impromptu Poem of the Crimson Dawn World Quest – Genshin Impact
After accepting the World Quest, you'll trigger dialogue with the Redhead and Treasure Hoarders, and they'll eventually head east together. Follow them by heading to the area circled in the image above. Once there, eavesdrop on their conversation to proceed.
The two parties will begin duking it out below the cliff. You can choose to either wait for one side to win or intervene and defeat the Treasure Hoarders. I recommend defeating the Treasure Hoarders as the Redhead's side will win regardless of your choice, and intervening will help complete the quest faster.
After completing the objective, you'll trigger dialogue with the Redhead and his cronies. Change the in-game time to 20:00 to 21:00 the next day to unlock the next objective. Head to the area east of the Foggy Forest Path to find the Treasure Hoarder camp, and eliminate all the enemies. The Treasure Hoarders will spawn in batches so be on the lookout for them in the highlighted area in the mini-map. Defeating them will trigger dialogue with the Redhead and complete the World Quest.
