Make Bright the Arrows, Gather the Shields... is the second Genshin Impact World Quest in the series called Her Foes Rage Like Great Waters..., and unlocks directly after completing Behold, the Sign Comes Like A Thief…

In this quest, you and Paimon receive the devastating news about Jeht's disappearance and must find clues to save a good friend.

How to complete the Make Bright the Arrows, Gather the Shields… World Quest in Genshin Impact

Change the in-game time to one day later, then head to the Tanit Camps to meet Matriarch Babel. Speak with her to obtain news about Jeht.

Go to the place Babel mentioned

Follow the quest navigator and use Four-Leaf Sigils to head to the far east outskirts of the Tanit Camps, then climb the small mountain on the left. From there, pay attention to the highlighted area in the mini-map and follow its location to find a glowing spot. After approaching the glowing spot, go to the Fatui camp up ahead and defeat the Fatui Skirmishers.

Look for clues as to Jeht's whereabouts

Interact with the Internal Withdrawal Document on top of the crate to get information on the dealings between the Tanit tribe and Fatui.

Track down the transferred Fatui

For this segment, reference the character's position against the highlighted area of the mini-map in the images above to help you locate the Fatui. Start from the east side of the quest area, just up ahead of the first Fatui camp.

Interact with the first Investigate spot: Empty Wooden Box. Then head west and interact with the second Investigate spot: Large Military Boots. Keep following the path west to find the third Investigate spot: Scattered Matchsticks.

At the westernmost part of the quest area, you'll finally spot the second Fatui camp. Approach it to prompt dialogue. Defeat all of the Fatui Skirmishers.

Pursue the Fatui team ahead

Follow the path forward to find another group of Fatui. Defeat everyone to trigger dialogue with a Skirmisher named Orest. After speaking with him, you must head to the last Fatui camp up ahead.

Strike the Fatui camp

Once you arrive at the last Fatui camp, defeat all the Skirmishers to complete the objective. You then need to investigate the camp for clues about Jeht's whereabouts.

Investigate the camp

Start by interacting with the Investigate spot on the broken cart to read the Fatui Letter. Then you'll be prompted to investigate more files, so climb the stairs and interact with the Investigate spot beside the crates to read the Preliminary Test on Experimental Subject. Finally, go up the stairs again and interact with the Investigate spot on the rope to read the Transfer Notification.

This will complete the World Quest and initiate the final quest in the series called For Her Judgement Reaches to the Skies...
