The "Tourbillion Device" is a Genshin Impact boss material that drops from the Experimental Field Generator (also known as the Prototype Cal. Breguet) in the Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering Region. It's a character Ascension material used by Wriothesley, Charlotte, and possibly other characters in the future. Where to find the Experimental Field Generator in Genshin Impact (Map)

The Experimental Field Generator is located in the Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering Region, south of the Central Laboratory Ruins. It's inside an open clearing with high walls, so I recommend entering from the left side so you don't have to climb. The northern Teleport Waypoint is pretty close but you can always place a Portable Waypoint directly in front of the boss for instant access.

The "Tourbillion Device" drops from the Experimental Field Generator (Prototype Cal. Breguet), which is a Geo boss. It isn't immune to Geo but has a high Geo resistance, so I recommend taking non-Geo teams that deal Elemental Reactions instead. Its attack patterns are simple and not gimmicky, so you can easily power through the boss without thinking about specific mechanics.

The Experimental Field Generator has one quirk—it will sometimes create a Gravity Reduction Field, which will greatly increase your character's jumping height. This state can be useful for characters who rely on Plunging Attacks, such as Xiao.
