In the Genshin Impact summer world called Simulanka, you'll meet Panuelle, a toy figure who misses their friend, Chauvigne, who is revealed to be a potted plant. Speaking to Panuelle will trigger a Hidden Exploration Objective that involves retrieving Chauvigne from a cave.
How to complete Panuelle's Hidden Objective in Genshin Impact – get past the flower wind current
Panuelle's Hidden Exploration Objective will only unlock after completing the first three Summertide Scales and Tales quests:
- The Story Begins in a Forest Without Rain
- They Once Walked the Starry Sky
- Until the End of the World
After completing the prerequisites above, head to the islet west of the Broken Sea (circled above) and speak to Panuelle to trigger the Hidden Exploration Objective. Panuelle will ask you to find Chauvigne in the "cavern below this island."
After speaking to Panuelle, head to the southern part of the island, where you will find a red slide leading to a ladder that will take you further below. Go down the ladder to immediately spot the entrance to the cave. Inside, you will find a flower blowing a wind current, preventing you from entering.
There's no way to snake around the walls to enter the cave, as the wind current covers the entire entrance. To turn it off, simply stand beside the lamp by the entrance, where a dialogue interaction will appear. Select "Panuelle Sent Us Here!" to prompt the wind current to stop, allowing you to enter the cave.
Once inside, speak to Chauvigne (the flower) to continue with the objective. Then, pick up the flower using the special interaction key (T for PC). With the flower floating around you, go back up and place it on the table in front of Panuelle using the Normal Attack button. Doing so will trigger dialogue with Panuelle, and you'll be rewarded with a Precious Chest for your effort.
