While the Serenitea Pot feature contains numerous housebuilding options, some players want to take their creativity one step further. Using a precise maneuver can cause any furnishing to float in your Serenitea Pot. This enables you to design floating islands, UFOs, and vertical structures. Here's how to place floating furnishings in your Serenitea Pot in Genshin Impact.
How to make furniture float in your Serenitea Pot in Genshin Impact
First, place a landform as a base. Then, place the desired furnishing on the landform. Once the furnishing is floating, it will be locked to its height, so make sure you are content with the landform's height. Next, angle your camera just underneath the furnishing, where you can view the glowing blue square from below. Now, select the bottom of the blue square. Even if the landform obscures the glowing blue indicator, you can still select the furnishing from below.
Once you've selected the furnishing, move it ever so slightly. If you can press Save, you may have executed this maneuver correctly. You must retry if the furnishing border turns red and the Save button does not appear. To test if you have succeeded, press Save and move the landform. If the furnishing moves with the landform, you must try again. If the furnishing remains in place and floats in the air, you have succeeded in creating a floating furnishing.

How to select items trapped under other items in your Serenitea Pot
To select items trapped under other items, zoom into the ground completely. Here, you can click on the base of any furnishing and move it around, even if another object totally covers the object. If this does not work, try selecting the upper area of the furnishing. This strategy works especially well with items like lamp posts and trees.
