How to prepare for the Rainjade Rite in Genshin Impact – An Ancient Sacrifice of Sacred Brocade

In the World Quest called An Ancient Sacrifice of Sacred Brocade, Fujin will request your help in preparing for the Rainjade Rite, a ritual used to heal the land of Chenyu Vale. It involves using adeptal energy to summon Sacred Simulacra.

To complete the objective, you must solve two puzzles within the highlighted areas on the map. I'll walk you through how to solve them below.

Genshin Impact prepare for the Rainjade Rite puzzle solution – An Ancient Sacrifice of Sacred Brocade

As soon as you receive this quest objective, two areas will be highlighted on the map, signifying the locations of the two puzzles. You can work on them in any order. Before starting, make sure your team has a non-Hydro DPS.

Prepare for the Rainjade Rite (1/2)

We'll start with the Rainjade Rite preparations in the southern section. Head to the area circled in the image above to find a Seelie. Investigate the Seelie to trigger it to move and follow it. When the Seelie stops, investigate it again to trigger Oceanids to spawn. Defeat the Oceanids, then keep following the Seelie until it reaches its post.

Once the Seelie reaches its post, a Sacred Simulacra will spawn. Use the adeptal power on the Sacred Simulacra to pick it up. Then, head to the nearby square-shaped platform. Press and hold the Elemental Skill button until the glowing spot is centered on the platform. Release to position the Sacred Simulacra, completing the objective.

Prepare for the Rainjade Rite (2/2)

Head to the northern quest area highlighted in the map. Once you're there, climb the hill and step onto the square-shaped platform to trigger a floating platform to appear. Step onto the floating platform to trigger a wind current to appear. Ride the wind current until you're at the highest point, then glide toward the nearby floating platform.

Look ahead to find another floating platform a little too far away. Use adeptal power (special interaction button) to force the platform to get closer to you. When you step onto the new platform, more will appear along a path. Keep following the path laid out by floating platforms until you reach the end.

Once you're on the last platform, a pearl will appear in the sky. Use the adeptal power to teleport to the pearl, triggering even more platforms to appear up ahead. Target the new platform (pictured in the second image above) to teleport to it. When you're there, use adeptal power to pick up the Sacred Simulacra, then glide down to the square-shaped platform.

Press and hold the Elemental Skill button until the glowing spot is on the platform, which will determine the position of the Sacred Simulacra. Release to place the Sacred Simulacra on the platform, completing the objective.
