You can cook Pass the Luck on any stove using Mualani, so you must pull her from a banner before you can try cooking this recipe. Once you've drawn Mualani from the gacha, interact with a stove to open the cooking menu, then select Fried Shrimp Beanballs. You can cook this recipe using the following ingredients:
- x4 Glabrous Beans
- x4 Flour
- x3 Shrimp Meat
- x3 Onion
Flour is an ingredient that can be processed using Wheat, which can be purchased from general supply stores alongside the other ingredients. By using Mualani to cook Fried Shrimp Beanballs, there's a chance for the final dish to turn into Pass the Luck.
How to get Mualani's Special Dish Recipe in Genshin Impact (Fried Shrimp Beanballs Recipe)
Mualani's Special Dish uses the Recipe for Fried Shrimp Beanballs, which can be found in an Exquisite Chest. Head to the area circled above, located on a mountain close to the Ancient Watchtower Domain. You'll find a Saurian Warrior encampment with a wooden tower.
Climb the tower until you reach the topmost compartment, where you'll find an Exquisite Chest. Loot it to get the Recipe for Fried Shrimp Beanballs, which can be used to make Mualani's Special Dish, Pass the Luck.
Fried Shrimp Beanballs & Pass the Luck recovery effects
Both the Fried Shrimp Beanballs and Pass the Luck increase the party's Shield Strength, making them great to use when you have a shielder in the team. The effect stacks with other buffs but can't be used in some game modes and Domains.
- Fried Shrimp Beanballs - Increases all party members' Shield Strength by 20/25/30% for 300 seconds. In Co-Op Mode, this effect only applies to your own character(s).
- Pass the Luck - Increases all party members' Shield Strength by 35% for 300 seconds. In Co-Op Mode, this effect only applies to your own character(s).
