Grand Theft Auto: Vice City - Definitive Edition is filled with all kinds of things to do. There is the classic GTA gameplay of stealing cars and shooting guns, but there are also a ton of missions and locations to find throughout Vice City.

These are represented by specific icons on the map. As there is a lot of them, you might be confused by what some of them mean. You can find all icons below and their meanings below.

  • Gun - Ammu-Nation is where you can purchase guns and body armor.
  • Hammer - Hardware Store is where you can purchase melee weapons.
  • Spray Can - Pay 'n' Spray will repaint and repair your car. It will also remove wanted levels.
  • Phone - Telephone is where you will do missions for the mysterious caller.
  • Cassette - Safe Houses is where you will save your game.
  • Shirt - Clothes that you will pick up while doing various missions throughout the game.
  • Crosshair - Waypoints that you can manually place on the map.
  • L - Ken Rosenberg missions.
  • C - Juan Cortez missions.
  • D - Ricardo Diaz missions.
  • A - Avery Carrington missions.
  • K - Kent Paul missions.
  • V - Tommy Vercetti missions.
