Over the years we have become used to choosing what we wear in Grand Theft Auto games, however, it wasn't always a case of going into Binco and picking up a nice hat! There was a time where clothing choices were more limited, so here is how to change clothes in GTA: Vice City - Definitive Edition.
Clothing is Unlocked on a per mission basis within Vice City. Some missions will require you to dress a certain way. So, the game will place a waypoint on your map and instruct you to go to a certain shop to pick up some new threads.
You don't really purchase them in Vice City like you do in San Andreas, GTA IV or GTA V. At least you get to change though, unlike in GTA III!

After you have unlocked clothing items they will wait for you at the place you originally picked them up from. So, for example at the start of the game when you pick up a suit from Rafael's, it will be available outside Rafael's after you have completed the mission associated with it.
After completing certain challenges some clothing items will also be unlocked for you to change into at your Safehouse, but anything story-related will remain at the spot where you found it.
