How many chapters are in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy?

Not too many, but a good deal.

The developers had long since confirmed that Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy would be linear and not open world. That has proven completely true, as the game is separated into 16 different chapters.

Players will visit many planets, spaceships, and space stations during the 16 chapters. In addition, they will encounter a wide variety of creatures and have many exciting choices to make.
While players progress through the story, they must act like a leader. The goal is to make the Guardians of the Galaxy a real team, rather than just a name. This involves making choices in battle and talking to other Guardians.

Throughout the game, players will assume the role of Peter Quill or Star-Lord, as many fans of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy films (dir. James Gunn) know him. As they battle against different enemies and try to solve an unfolding mystery at the heart of the Nova Corps, the guardians will be able to command the rest of the guardians.
