Dispatch features a ton of heroes (more like villains turned heroes) that you can assign to a variety of tasks across the board. Our Dispatch hero tier list provides a ranking of all the heroes in the current, active build of the game.
This is so you can perform your best when it comes to dispatching heroes, which is quite important when you take into consideration that each hero serves a specific niche, and has different stats to take into account.
Quick Summary:
- There are a total of eight heroes currently in Dispatch.
- The best character for most missions is Coupé.
- For those interested in a more flexible build, Malevola is the better pick.
- C and B Tier characters are mostly situational.
Dispatch Heroes Tier List Ranked

All eight heroes have been ranked into tiers, ranging from S to C. This list is not final, since Dispatch is still not fully complete yet, and still has six more ‘episodes’ to go through. The next episodic update for Dispatch is scheduled for October 29, 2025, with the titlecard of ‘Turnover’.
This will be followed immediately by the release of ‘Restructure’, the fourth episode (on the same day). We’re undoubtedly going to see more heroes being added to the roster, so rankings will most certainly be shuffled around a bit. This tier list will be updated over time to reflect these additions.
| Tier | Character |
|---|---|
| S | Coupé, Malevola |
| A | Invisigal, Punch Up |
| B | Golem, Prism |
| C | Sonar, Flambae |

S Tier - Best Dispatch Characters
The S Tier of characters represents the best of what Dispatch has to offer. These are your first picks, as their stats cover most quest requirements.
| Character | Pros and Cons | Upgrade Focus |
|---|---|---|
Coupé ![]() | + Balanced stats across all fields. Very flexible, and can be upgraded to whatever niche needed - Jack of all trades, master of none, making her a poor choice for starting fresh | Combat and Vigor |
Malevola![]() | + Balanced stats across all fields. Very flexible, and can be upgraded to whatever niche is needed - Jack of all trades, master of none, making her a poor choice for starting fresh | Combat and Charisma; but can be molded into whatever role is needed |
A Tier - Strong Picks
The A Tier class of characters are decent picks that can get the job done. While some missions are very easy for them, they may need help or are simply not the right fit.
| Character | Pros and Cons | Upgrade Focus |
|---|---|---|
Invisigal![]() | + Mostly well balanced stats, with a focus on Mobility and Combat + Can reach places faster than other heroes - Not a team player | Mobility and Combat |
Punch Up![]() | + A real tank, can take and dish out a good amount of damage + Has good Charisma, making him ideal for delicate situations - A lot slower than other heroes - Low on Intellect | Combat and Charisma |
B Tier - Decent Alternatives
B Tier heroes are best reserved for missions that require far fewer conditions to win, and/or can be considered as less difficult.
| Character | Pros and Cons | Upgrade Focus |
|---|---|---|
Golem![]() | + Useful for certain missions, like extinguishing fire. + Can be used in fighting missions - Intellect isn’t his strong suit - A bit slower compared to other options | Vigor and Mobility |
Prism![]() | + Very effective in combat scenarios + High Charisma stats, making her ideal for PR events - Rather slow, and can’t take too much damage | Charisma and Combat |
C Tier - Weaker Characters, But Still Usable
The C Tier is reserved for the most mediocre picks in the game. These heroes can be useful for a couple of missions, but don't really have a broad expertise.
| Character | Pros and Cons | Upgrade Focus |
|---|---|---|
Sonar![]() | + High Intellect and Charisma, making him ideal for sensitive situations + Switches between forms at the end of a turn (Swaps Vigor and Combat with Charisma and Intellect’s stats) - Other characters are more useful | Intellect and Charisma |
Flambae![]() | + An excellent fighter + Decent mobility - Poor Intellect, making him a bad pick for almost all missions | Combat and Mobility |
What You Need to Know Before Dispatching Heroes

Dispatch is, at its core, a management sim. You will have to micromanage each aspect of the game, and assign the correct hero for the task. The general idea is to send a hero with the right set of stats on a mission. This is to ensure successful runs.
Sending the correct hero for the task is crucial, so always check for affinities the hero excels in (refer to the chart during in-game missions). This also reduces the chances of a hero being downed along the way.
Of course, things don't always go according to plan. You might find yourself forced to dispatch heroes outside of their niche, or risk forfeiting the mission. In this case, consider reserving your best heroes for more challenging scenarios, and push the rest of your roster toward easier missions instead.
Some missions give you the option to send multiple heroes at once, to ensure greater success. While this may be tempting at first, do consider that you will be using multiple heroes at one go, and won't be able to use them if anything urgent pops up along the way.
Dispatch Heroes Tier List FAQ
There are a total of eight heroes in the current build of Dispatch. This is likely going to increase over time as more episodes get released.
While each hero has their own purpose and niche, Coupé and Malevola are the best choices for a beginner. Malevola, in particular, is well-balanced and can be molded into whatever build you require.
All heroes are situational, so it might be a good idea to eventually start investing in all of them, even if they fall into the lower tiers.
