Harry Potter fans are eating well in 2023, between Hogwarts Legacy, Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, and the announced Harry Potter Quidditch playtest. After exploring Hogwarts in Hogwarts Legacy, I wanted more spell-binding action, and the mobile game Harry Potter: Magic Awakened gives me just that (in card-battling form, no less). However, I was left with a choice between PC or mobile. That is, until I noticed crossplay features mentioned.
How Does Crossplay Work in Harry Potter Magic Awakened?
Let's get the bad news out of the way first: there is no crossplay support between the PC and mobile versions of Harry Potter: Magic Awakened for North America. You cannot play on your phone and then pick up where you left off on your PC; the versions are separate, and you will have a separate game on both.
